Set within the tropical landscape of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, this hospitality project creates a collection of elevated retreats immersed in nature, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Inspired by the organic silhouette of a cocoon, the interiors by Design Lab by Esteban Salazar balance contemporary simplicity with the richness of the tropical environment. Natural materials, expressive colors, organic textures, and subtle references to ancient civilizations and the lush jungle create a refined yet deeply rooted sense of place.

Designed around a 360-degree connection with nature, the spaces evolve with light, views, vegetation, and the changing atmosphere of the day, creating an immersive retreat centered on wellbeing.
